RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 60299

People

(Reporter: artooro, Unassigned)

Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.5a) Gecko/20030718
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.5a) Gecko/20030718

A link to the Profile Manager should be in the Window menu along with Navigator,
Mail & Newsgroups, Composer, and Address Book. Windows users don't need it as
much as Mac OS X users although it would help for them also. But for Mac OS X
users where most people don't know how to get to the Profile Manager since you
can't get into the Netscape Folder. I've never tried this as I only have OS 8.6
but the only way to get to the Profile Manager on OS X is by control+clicking on
the Netscape icon and then choosing "View Package Contents".
It would also just plain make sense to have it in the Window menu.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the Window menu
Actual Results:
There's no Profile Manager

Expected Results:
I should have been able to choose Profile Manager
I meant Mozilla icon not Netscape icon.
This is not a Mozilla development blocker.
Further, you can already go to Tools -> Switch Profiles and you're in the
Profile Manager.
