User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030624 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030624 I always have installed Mozilla into "C:\Winxp program\mozilla.org\mozilla\" With version 1.5a it won't work though. It says that I'm trying to install it into my windows directory, which isn't true. My windows directory is "C:\winxp" and that's probably why. For some reason the installer ignores the space and the following sentence ("program") and only sees "C:\winxp" Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Try to install it into a directory which resembles the directory where you installed Windows. 2. 3. Actual Results: It won't let me install it Expected Results: It should have let me install it This problem only occurs in Mozilla 1.5a, not 1.4! The reason I'm reporting this bug using Mozilla 1.4 is because I couldn't install 1.5a into my preferred directory (where I have all my plug-ins and such)
patch to fix this problem (2 line change) is part of the patch for bug 212599.
