Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Go to http://devedge.netscape.com/ 2. From browser select File->Edit This Page 3. In composer click on the displayed page's navigtion bar (just right of the International menu item). Actual Results: The navbar element is highlighted, but the resie/position handles apear above the Masthead (logo) and not around the navbar element. Expected Results: Would have expected the navbar to be hightlighted and the varoious "handles" to appear around it. other elements on this page seem to have similar problems, eg the sidebars, the text resirer.
