It would be nice if a middle-mouse click on the items in my toolbar opened them
in a new tab.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Middle click an item in your personal toolbar folder.
2. Nothing happens.

Actual Results:  
nothing 

Expected Results:  
Opened a new tab with that link.
