Now, Tools->Download Manager does not create the Download manager window. I turned on the JavaScript debugger using Tools-Web Development->JavaScript Console. I see the following error: Error: uncaught exception: [Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x80570016 (NS_ERROR_XPC_GS_RETURNED_FAILURE) [nsIJSCID.getService]" nsresult: "0x80570016 (NS_ERROR_XPC_GS_RETURNED_FAILURE)" location: "JS frame :: chrome://communicator/content/tasksOverlay.js :: toDownloadManager :: line 51" data: no] I get similar errors when i click on links that invoke a download such as the download links for Mozilla 1.4 for windows at www.mozilla.org Windows 2K Pro SP3. 512mb ram. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click on Tools->Download Manager 2. 3. Actual Results: No donwload manager Expected Results: Download Manager window should have showed up
WFM in the 2003072604 build PC/WinXP. Did you install it into a new directory, or over an existing build?

Same problem I think. Download Manager doesn't appear When you choose to save a file it doesn't save it. it chrashes Mozilla 1.6 when you close the last Mozilla component. On Mozilla 1.7 (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040616) it doesnt crah but doesn't work either
