Password manager prompts for a username/password for each newsgroup on the news
server. So, after a while in my password file, I can find lots of different
username/password records for the same server (passwords and usernames ommited): 
news://news.east.earthlink.net:119/#password
news://news.east.earthlink.net:119/#username
news://news.east.earthlink.net:119/uk.rec.humour#password
news://news.east.earthlink.net:119/uk.rec.humour#username

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a newsserver to the servers list. 
2. Connect the first time, enter username, password, so that it will be
remembered by MailNews. 
3. Wait for some timeout (chech email, or smth), click on one of the newsgroups
you were subscribed to. 
Actual Results:  
One will be asked for the username and password again. 

Expected Results:  
No username/password dialogues should appear. 

This bug was verified with news.earthlink.net and their brand-new
news.east.earthlink.net.
