Sometime when I switch between certain other programs such as AOL, when I try to
click and type inside a form on Mozilla, the cursor does not appear. I have to
refresh the page for the cursor to appear in the fill in.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a website with a form
2. Then switch windows to AOL or Internet Explorer
3. Then switch back to Firebird and click inside the fill in form for typing.

Actual Results:  
The cursor does not appear and I am unable to type inside it.

Expected Results:  
It should be able to clic inside the fill in form , and be able to begin typing,
without having to refresh the page.

Sam, the bug blocking this one (bug 186075) was resolved. Can you please check
with a current nightly build and a fresh profile, if this also fixes this bug.
