As bug 154927 is still unfixed, we need another manual update for the
localeVersion in 1.5 Beta.

I'll do the patch in time for 1.5b, but it may take a few days until I come
around to have it applied here.

Robert, thanks for taking care of this. I've set the blocking flag to make sure
we don't ship beta without the fix.

OK, finally, here's the patch.
I hope I've caught all we need for Seamonkey.

(I won't touch browser/ or toolkit/ as they contain a big mess of localeVersion
already, and I can't checkin there anyway)

I filed bug 215328 for browser/ and toolkit/ as well as bug 215329 for mail/
updates.

Still waiting for an approval flag to be created so I can request it :(
