It appears to be random. Twice Now (see TB22269807Y and TB22270475G), it has
thrown an exception when attempting to write to memory address 0x00000000 and
0x00000001. This only started happening with 0728 build... it was fine on the
0726 build.
Reproducible: Sometimes

This has been fixed. This may have been due to the 7/28 build being created
while the tree was in flames.
