Feature tracking. Identify security UI present in Firebird and Mozilla, note what is missing from Firebird present in Mozilla that is required, respecify UI as required and implement.

"Security" has two meanings. Is this bug about https, certificates, etc? Or is it about warning dialogs, xpi, etc?

https, certs etc. I don't think we'll be having any major changes to any of the PSM supplied UI before 1.0.

In general, these tracking bugs that don't block or depend on anything don't work well, but in this particular case... they don't work well.
