214303 - Trying to apply new or different themes in Mozilla does nothing, sometimes crashes browser

I installed the theme Phoenity Neo for one of the official Firebird builds, and
everything worked correctly. Now, when I try to apply it or any other theme
except for the default one, nothing happens and on occasion, the browser will
crash. I've also tried removing the theme and re-installing it, to no avail.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download a new theme from http://texturizer.net/firebird/themes.html
2.Try to apply it
3.Nothing happens, sometimes causing a crash.

Actual Results:  
Nothing, or Browser will crash on occasion

Expected Results:  
Applied the theme correctly.

The skinVersion changed a few days ago, because all old themes need to be
updated to be compatible with current builds due to some CSS implementation
changes.  The default build has already been updated; you will need to get
updated versions of the others once they are available.
