When looking at a bug Description I am almost always interested in the latest 
comments not the original ones. However, you order things from first to last.  
This requires one to scroll down to the newest stuff which is what is really 
what most people are interested in; this can be a pain if you have a lot of 
bugs with many comments.  If the newest stuff was first it would be right 
there ready for the user to see what the status is.

I suggest you at least allow the option of viewing (saving) the description 
field so that the newest comments are shown at the top instead of at the end

user pref?
