What's missing?
Well, for one a product would be nice...

What's inaccurate?
timeless spent 10 out of 10 votes before the change on the bug listed in the output. after the change timeless was only allowed one vote per bug. however timeless was still allowed 10 votes, so timeless as an accouunt did not have too many votes. The bug itself had too many votes from timeless.

fwiw the vote was arbitrary, i needed to spend votes to comment in some other bug.

Reassigning bugs that I'm not actively working on to the default component owner
