In Internet Explorer, you can use the 'bgproperties="fixed"' attribute to make 
a page background display fixed and not scroll with the page content. In 
Firebird, at least on the URL shown, the background is not fixed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Firebird.
2.Load the URL http://bink.nu .
3.Scroll the page down.

Actual Results:  
Background scrolls with page content.

Expected Results:  
Background should stay static and not scroll as page content moves.

Not sure if this is a problem with the particular page or just Mozilla not 
supporting this attribute. Yes, you can probably acheive the same effect with 
style sheets, but for compatibility I think Mozilla should support it (see 
under Marquee tag ;-).

This is not Firebird-specific.
Mozilla does not support BGPROPERTIES.  This is intentional.  BGPROPERTIES is a
IE proprietary attribute.
