DB2's help is HTML based.  When you search the online help, it returns with a
page of results matching the search criteria.  None of the links on the page
work.  Nothing happens on clicking the links.  The only work around is to copy
each link to the clipboard and open that page in a new tab.  Very painful.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. You start DB2's help by opening a page like file:///G:/SQLLIB/doc/html/index.htm

2.Enter some text in the search text field and hit the search button to search
the online information.

3.The DB2 help server returns the search results page hwihc is something like
http://localhost:49213/cgi-bin/db2srsen.exe

4.None of the links on the page work.  Clicking the link does nothing.  The
links are something like file:///G:\SQLLIB\DOC\HTML\db2n0/sqln0036.htm



Actual Results:  
Used IE

Expected Results:  
Opened the page

Those should be file:///G:/SQLLIB/DOC/HTML/db2n0/sqln0036.htm, no?  '\' and '/'
are not equivalent in URIs, though IE treats them that way...

Boris, I don't think it's a matter of / or \.  To check this, I saved the search
results page to a file with the intent of changing the \s to /s.  But I found
that by just loading the saved page into Mozilla, all the links work! 
Indicative of something, but I don't know what.  Might provide a clue to fixing
this.

Mike, this happens with DB2/NT 7.2.1

This bug is 11 years old. Nobody took action to get it solved. I have the feeling DB2 has changed many times since then.
