More than a one day event with "This event lasts all day" problem! The last day you specify won't be included

You specify Vacation from 8/17/2003 to 8/21/2003 and check all day event box the
last day (8/21/2003) wont be signed with star, the event wont be written in the box.
Happens with any multi day event if the "this event lasts all day" box is checked

I can confirm this at version 2003092614. I created a 3-day event, October 27-
29 and checked "all day". In Month view, the event only showed for 27-28.
