214737 - MNG XPI doesn't work with Firebird on Windows platforms

There are reports in several threads at mozillazine and in bug #18574 that the
MNG XPI (posted as attachment to bug #18574) for Windows does not work. 
Firebird sometimes issues a message about not finding mozz.dll.  Apparently the
XPI does work with Mozilla seamonkey and the Linux version of the XPI works with
both Mozilla and Firebird.

This looks like a problem with the XPI itself and not with the XPI Install
Engine -> invalid

I had marked the component as "Installer: XPI Packages" not
"Installer: XPInstall Engine".  Can you suggest a better place,
or are XPI bugs simply off limits for bugzilla?

This is no official Mozilla.org XPI = bugzilla isn't the place to report such bugs

I suppose this isn't the place to report that the bug has been fixed, but
just for closure: the MNG extension is working now with Firebird.  See
http://quicktools.mozdev.org/mngsupport/
