214852 - customize dialogue stops text entry on new/edit filter form and that match-against pull-down

Using the customize dialogue from the new/edit filter window,
leaves the new/edit filter window unusable: the pull-down
just extended doesn't work and no text entry fields work.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. from mail window, invoke message filters
2. hit new to start editing a new filter (can also edit old one)
3. optionally hit more, one or more times
4. from any match-against pull-downs (which say Subject initially)
invoke the customize dialogue
5. type in any new header name like x-joe, hit Add, and Ok to
close the customize dialogue

Actual Results:  
The use of the customize dialogue, worked but:

Now all text entry fields on the edit-filter window will
focus (show cursor after click) but typed text does not appear.
Also every pull-down work, except the one from which you
invoked customize.

Expected Results:  
Text entry fields and all pull-downs should continue to work.


After either Ok or Cancel of the failing new/edit filter window,
you can invoke it again, and now it works normally, the earlier
customize action is remembered accurately and the custom header
can be selected from the match-against pull-downs and all text
entry fields work.

So it is mostly a survivable inconvenience.  While clicking
and (trying to) type in a just-failed new filter window, the
first time this happened, mozilla CRASHed on me and of course
I had just manually entered a bunch of new filters that were
lost.  But I haven't been able to reproduce the crashing part
again.

I recall Netscape 4.7 or so's mail filter UI, when trying to
add a custom header, was also a bit flaky, like you also
could not add a custom header and use it at once in the
same filter edit window.
