21510 - drag&drop buttons => crash

Draging the buttons and menus on the bar that includes "home" and "channels"
and "mozilla.org" leads to a crash in windows and linux in all builds I've
tried it on (1999121008 being the latest). It doesn't always crash the first
time, but after a few drags I've always been able to get it to crash. Also, the
little mark representing where the drag will go isn't being drawn in the
correct place all the time. usually it's to the left of where it should be.

yeah, i know. the drop feedback on the toolbar broke a while ago, i don't know
why, i sure as heck didn't touch it.

and it shouldn't work at all on linux, unless blizzard has started hooking things
up. that's a good sign at least ;)

drag&drop is once again post-beta according to marketing. moving all d&d bugs to
M15.

(I notice how marketing doesn't deign to share these decisions -- or even the
meaning of "post-beta" -- with the rest of the community.  Maybe we need
[e-mail], so they feel at home. =)

we're not going to support initiating drags on the personal toolbar for 6 (only 
drops) so this is moot for now.

Seems like this should be resovled as fixed or wontfix.  In recent builds you
can't initiate drags on the toolbar.  Tested with Linux Build 2000071308.

preventing drags stopped the crash, I'd call that fixed (and in fact do call it so).

at some point, the nav team wants to have this, and it is technically a bug so 
i'm reopening and futuring.

given that all the toolbar DnD code has all been rewritten in JS by BenG, I'm
going to mark this as INVALID. Please file new bugs when we turn the feature
back on in the trunk.
