It also displays an extra scrollbar which is inactive (ie elevator bar covers the whole scrollbar). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open page 2.Scroll down 3. Actual Results: Repeating text near the end of the page (after "Expedited Delivery Service" paragraph in the text). Elevator bar appears in the middle of the page but is not usable. Expected Results: Display the text in the page :^) Please contact me at pbabern ibm com (fill in the dots between the lines!) for a ZIPped copy of the pages in question, to reproduce the problem.
