21517 - URL is not saved when a bookmark is entered manually

Overview description:
When I enter a new bookmark manually, the URL is not saved in the
bookmarks.html file. Other infos (title or description) are saved,
as expected.

Steps to reproduce:
1) In Bookmarks menu, select "Manage bookmarks". Bookmarks window appears.
2) In this window, right click on an existing bookmark. Select "New Bookmark"
 in the pop up menu. A new entry named "New Bookmark" appears in the window.
3) Click on this new entry, and in the Edit menu, select Bookmark Properties.
  A Bookmark Properties window appears.
4) In this window, type any URL in the Location field, and click OK. A message
  "re-writing bookmarks.html" (among other things) shows up in the xterm from
 which mozilla was launched.
5) Close the Bookmarks window.
6) Re-open it (step 1). The URL of the newly entered bookmark is gone.

Build date & platform:
M11 on Linux (RH 6.0, kernel 2.3.29)

Additional infos:
In step 4, the bookmarks.html file's timestamp changes, but the URL is not
saved.
