215253 - Garbled spelling toolbar icon in Classic theme

In builds from the last ~10 days, I get a garbled spelling toolbar icon (see
attachment) using the Classic theme; such is not the case with earlier builds.
Modern theme works fine; changing from Classic to something else and back
doesn't make the problem go away. Also, the garbled icon is not always the same
- there are 2 variations and I can't characterize exactly when each of these
manifests itself.
