When you switch between tabs, away from and then back to a tab in which you'd
been typing in a text box, the focus is lost and you can't "pick up" where you
left off.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click in the Additional Comments text box in this bug and start to type
something.
2. Open a new tab (and switch to it).
3. Switch back to this tab.
Actual Results:
You cannot continue typing where you left off because the focus is no longer on
the Additional Comments text box.
Expected Results:
The focus should have returned to the Additional Comments text box.
This is how it works when you have two different browser sessions open. Repeat
the 3 steps above and, in step 2, rather than opening a new tab open a new
session. When you switch back to this session the focus will be in the
Additional Comments text box and you'll be able to continue typing without
having to Tab or click your way back to the box.
Tabs should work the same way as sessions in this respect.

Verifying. (And changing summary in other bug - lately, I always come up with
different b.m.o. search keywords...)
