Overview: Everything within a certain font tag is not generated

Steps to Reproduce: goto the url, scroll down a bit and notice a blue horizontal
bar with the word "HELP" within it. Compare this row to how it looks in
navigator or ie.

Actual Results: Everything within the font tag is not showing up. It doesn't
even appear in mozilla's source viewer.

Build: 1999-1212-08 on Windows NT 4.0 (sp6)

tried to create a testcase...downloaded the source and uploaded it...looked
fine! can't figure it out. maybe there's something wrong with the server?

its an asp page so my guess is that the server isn't giving mozilla 5.0 specific
lines of code that it is giving to nav and ie. doesn't make sense to why the
webmasters would choose to exclude that segment of code though.
