Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Click tools 2.Click download manager 3.Rinse and repeat Actual Results: Nothing Expected Results: Appearance of download manager No themes, no crash, no changes in configuration from working to non-working. Please let me know if there is any additional debug information which can be sent.
Try deleting "compreg.dat" (e.g., in C:\Program Files\mozilla.org\Mozilla\components\)
