Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030507

The download manager has stopped functioning after approximately one month of
use. Attempting to download any link through Mozilla will result in the initial
'save as' dialog box being displayed. After clicking OK, the download manager
does not appear, the file does not download, and the download manager cannot be
accessed through the Tools menu (choosing the option results in no action
performed).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click tools
2.Click download manager
3.Rinse and repeat

Actual Results:
Nothing

Expected Results:
Appearance of download manager

No themes, no crash, no changes in configuration from working to non-working.
Please let me know if there is any additional debug information which can be sent.
Try deleting "compreg.dat" (e.g., in C:\Program
Files\mozilla.org\Mozilla\components\)
Deleting compreg.dat fixed the problem.
