Setting any wav file in configuration of mail notification does not work.
There is always only beep. Preview does not work too, it always plays standard
beep sound.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to set custom wav for mail notification.
2. Try "Preview" -> does not work (standard beep only)
3. Send test email and wait -> does not work (stanadrd beep only)

Actual Results:  
Standard beep is always used.

Expected Results:  
Custom wav file should be played.
