215687 - Going backward in history does not remember position on last page

While browsing, if you click the "Back" button, the browser does not remember
the position you were in in that page, instead it returns you to the top of the
page.  A good example is the search results/listing of bugs in Bugzilla, when
going backward from the details of a bug to the search results/list.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Perform a search on bugzilla such that it returns enough matches to make the
resultant listing long enough to scroll your window.
2. Click on any arbitrary bug number on the left to view the details about the bug.
3. Click the "Back" icon in the toolbar.

Actual Results:  
The previous page was displayed but scrolled all the way to the top.

Expected Results:  
It should have placed me at the same spot I was in on the page (i.e. the same
scrolled position).  This would be extremely handy when, say, reading emails or
other message forums, or going in and out of any other long list.

Does this happen at all pages/sites, or only at bug lists?  If it only happens
at bug lists, this is a dup of bug 47350.  Bug lists are weird because they use
multipart/x-mixed-replace.

Yep, you're right, this doesn't appear to affect other pages such as Slashdot or
one of the comics pages I read.  I'll mark this as a dupe and get out of
everyone's hair :)
