when submitting a new bug, sometimes (not always?), I get the above error message.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. submit a new bug

Actual Results:  
In the box with the title ""Bug 214 has been added to the database", I get

Expected Results:  
simply post the bug

I'm guessing you're running perl 5.8

This should only be a warning, not an error, though.
