The horizontal scrollbar "freezes", after mozilla has displayed a message box
(i.e. "connection refused"). after this you can only scroll through a page by
clicking the up- or down-buttons.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Mozilla
2.Let Mozilla display a messge box
3.Try to scroll by clicking on the horizontal scrollbar an move it up or down
Actual Results:
The horizontal scrollbar freezes and can only be used by clicking on the up- or
down buttons
