Overview Description:
Win build crashes every time it begins to load on Windows NT 4.0 (Service Pack
6

Steps to Reproduce:
1)  Run mozilla.exe

Actual Results:
The application crashed.  Dr Watson loads.

Expected Results:
The application should have finished loading and display a working browser.

Build Date & Platform Bug Found:
1999-12-09-20-M12 build on Window NT 4.0 (Service Pack 6)

Additional Builds and Platforms Tested On:
- Occurs on
      Seamonkey (any M12 build on Windows NT 4.0 SP6)

- Doesn't occurs on
      Seamonkey (M11 or lower on Windows NT 4.0 SP6)
      Internet Explorer (RTM build on Windows NT 4.0 SP6)
      Netscape Communicator 4.7 (RTM build on Windows NT 4.0 SP6)

1. Delete mozregistry.dat file from c:\WINNT
2. Delete Users50 folder from c:\Test Files
3. Run mozilla.exe
4. Console says:
	nNCL: registering deferred (0)
	WEBSHELL+ = 1
	WEBSHELL+ = 2
	calling loadpage…
	startPage:: newProfile1_1
	got a request
5. Mozilla Profile Manager displays it self on the first of 2 pages
6. click Finish to allow Mozilla Profile Manager to create me a profile
called mozProfile.
7. Console says:
	WEBSHELL- = 0
	WEBSHELL- = 1
	WEBSHELL+ = 1
	WEBSHELL+ = 2
8. Mozilla crashes right after that line.

I can verify this with the final M12 release, as well as the last dozen or so
nightly builds (didn't try the earlier ones).  I get a slightly different
message from Dr. Watson, but I think that's due to the address that mozilla.exe
gets loaded at:

     Exception: access violation (0xc0000005), Address 0x609c0537

I'm also using Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 6.

I get the same access violation using NT4 Service Pack 5 (build 1381). The
access violation does not occur until after I click 'Finish' on the Create
Profile screen.

This is probably a duplicate with bug 19165. App won't start with old
MSVCRT.DLL. Solve it by downloading a mozilla build with the installer. Run
setup, which also installs the newest DLLs.
