When in Full Screen Mode (F11) opening a menu like File will make it stop
working until you close and reopen Firebird.
This doesn't happen if you open the menu before going into Full Screen)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Firebird
2. Go to full screen mode using F11
3. Try opening a menu using it's shotcut key (example Alt+F)

Actual Results:  
The Menu will not show and will stop working until you close and reopen Firebird

Expected Results:  
The menu should show as normal

After a more careful search i found this related bugs: bug 127244 & bug 216518.
Still I'm unsure if my report is a duplicate of this since there are variations.
