Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.5b) Gecko/20030818

I have a newsgrop with default charset "User Defined". If I have a message
without a charset set and do view source, Mozilla crashes. If i reply, a reply
window comes up with an empty body area; after less than a second Mozilla crashes.

Asking for blocking 1.5. We must not crash on broken messages.

I thought about that, but bug 210647 is about the browser, here we can display
message in User-Defined.

I'm fairly sure that this is in fact a dupe of bug 210647, since the code which
Mats touches in his patch is not browser-specific but would apply to the
scenarios reported here as well. Please retest when that lands and close this if
necessary.

OK, with a new version it works. So I'll mark it as a dupe.

I have no idea though why the reply text is shown in a different charset, when
receiving it is correct again.
