After a bookmark is deleted, the entire menu tree that the bookmark was in is no
longer selectable. This only appears to happen when the bookmark menu tree is
under the designated "bookmark toolbar folder".

Example:
Bookmark Toolbar Folder has two subfolders, "A" and "B", each with many
subfolders and bookmarks. Both "A" and "B" show on the toolbar. Select "B" and
delete any bookmark under that (or any other sub-menu under "B"). Menu then
cleans up and browser displayed normally. Now, "A" menu can be selected and
sub-menus and bookmarks display. But if "B" is selected, no sub-menus or
bookmarks display. "B" menu can still be accessed if you go through the main
Bookmarks menu. Browser must be restarted to gain access to "B" from the toolbar. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. select menu under bookmarks toolbar folder
2. delete any bookmark
3. attempt to select any other menu in the same bookmark menu tree as the
deleted bookmark

Actual Results:  
None of the menu entries were selectable from the top of the toolbar menu tree
on down. The menus are only available if starting at the top-level Bookmarks menu.

Expected Results:  
The menus should have been selectable

Works for me in current nightlies.  Please try creating a clean profile by using
mozillafirebird.exe -p and testing this again.

Actually, having read the bug more carefully, my problem is more general than
the original report.  It can happen to any folder, and it's not just deleting
the bookmark that causes problems, it happens after getting properties as well.
