217174 - Browser does not refresh the page correctly when scroll bars are moved rapidly (especially graphics on page are not refreshed)

I am not sure if this is bug or not but I am positive that I am having some
problems with Mozilla and not with IE.
When I go to a site in the internet (example: yahoo.com) an move the scroll bar
on the right Rapidly up and down, there is a visible deterioration of the page
and the information in the page of often affected. Why is it? With IE I don’t
have bad effect. This happens only when I am using Mozilla browser. When I an
vewing pages and move the scroll bar on the right rapidly the information on
page leaves a trail and that page becomes unreadable. Usually this happens when
there is a graphics on the page. However, with IE there is no such problem.

ignore most of comment 1, although trying a new build wouldn't hurt.

what video card do you have?
does the problem happen on every page, or only some?

do the visual artifacts stick around after you stop scrolling or are they
transient?  If they stick around, does the window get fixed if you cover up the
Mozilla window with another window, and then move the other window back off?
