1. open JavaScript Console from the Tools->Web Development menu
2. open DOM Inspector      from the Tools->Web Development menu

Doesn´t matter if I open DOM Inspector from the Tools Menue of the browser, or
the Tools Menue of the JS Console.
Closing DOM Inspector and reopening it repeats error message.
Confirming on 2003082422 linux
