With text-only mode for the navigation buttons, new tab, downloads, history, and
others are a few pixels higher than back and forward.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. with the default menu setup, customize the toolbars and switch to text-only
Actual Results:
"Reload" is noticably higher than "Back"
Expected Results:
Text for all buttons should align.
I wonder if Back and Forward may be centered because they are "double-use"
buttons, that is, they have two functions, go back one page, or present a menu.
In text-only view, they have a double border when you hover over them because of
this.
