I would like to be able to forward and reply to attached RFC822 messages.  This
would be an extension of the functionality introduced in the fix for bug 143565,
though I am filing this as a bug rather than an RFE because I think it is a
basic function.  The Reply, Reply All & Forward buttons are greyed out when you
open an attached RFC822 message in a window.

How does this bite me?  I administer several moderated yahoogroups mailing
lists.  Submissions to the list are forwarded to me by yahoogroups as
attachments for approval.  Sometimes I would like to query the submitter about
something before approving or declining the message.  It would be handy if I
could use the "Reply" button on the toolbar for this, and if Mozilla would
generate the correct In-Reply-To and References header for my reply to aid
threading at the recipient's end.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Forward a plain text message to yourself as an attachment
2 [review]. "Get New Messages" to retrive the message
3. Open the attachment.


Actual Results:  
The Reply, Reply All & Forward buttons on the toolbar are greyed out, as are the
corresponding menu items.

Expected Results:  
The buttons/menu items should have been active & functional.

Also, one cannot view the source of an attached RFC822 message.  The
View/Message Source menu item & the Ctrl + U hotkey are disabled.

Confirming => New in XP in 1.5 (post-PR2 nightly ~= 1.5 final); tweaking Subject.
Bites me when I can't view headers of  emails bounced to me.
