Go to bookmars on the File menu bar above. Select a subfolder, once in the
subfolder or folder right click the mouse button for a menu selection. Select
anything from the menu. Once done, when you return to bookmarks the subfolder or
folder won't open again, it won't expand.

Go to bookmars on the File menu bar above. Select a subfolder, once in the

anything from the menu. Once done, when you return to bookmarks the subfolder or
folder won't open again, it won't expand.
Actual Results:  
Same result, couple of times maybe more than twice

Expected Results:  
have the bookmarks expand the folder next time you select it again

using default theme
no add-ons
simple basic browser, firebird 0.6.1

See bug 210910, "Right-clicking a file within a bookmarks folder in the
bookmarks menu or toolbar makes that folder inaccessible".

This has been partly fixed in Firebird 0.7, see bug 210910 comment 80.
