User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1)
Build Identifier:
When i am using IE, it's ok for me to check my mail at mail.163.com by the
left tool column. While when i use mozilla, or firebird, the tool column
doesn't appear,it's empty there. The page information of the tool column can
be seen, while the column is empty.
Reproducible: Always

What seems to be the issue in my screenshot? This is with build 2003-08-29-04
on Windows 2000. What build version/date are you using?
