When a change of 'Minimum font size' from 'none' to 'nn' in the
Preference/Appearance/Fonts, the browser displays Traditional Chinese text in a
very strange and annoying result. Please see attached screen shot.
On the top, the display was shown when I set the minimum font size to 20 -- see
the overlapping of text lines.
On the bottom, the display was shown when I set the minimum font size to non --
the text size was too small to see.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to the www.ngh.net.tw/first.htm
2. open Mozilla Preference/Appearance/fonts, and select "Traditional Chinese"
3. Change the setting of the minimum font size from 'non' to say 18 or 20
4. the webpage shows the top part of the attached screen shot.
5. Change the setting of the minimum font size from "nn" to 'none'
6. the webpage shows the bottom part of the attached screen shot.
Actual Results:
see the attached screen shot.
Expected Results:
get this problem fixed.

The top was from when the minimum font size was set to 18 (or 20) -- see the
text lines overlapped.
The bottom was from the minimum font size was set to 'none' -- see the text
size too small.

Hmm.. the site sets line-height, but in points, so it should scale with the
font, no?

This bug is similar to Bug 158868. However, nobody report this problem for the
Traditional Chinese.

Bug 158868 does not depend on character coding or language.
