Forgot to add: Using latest available stable MingW packages, GCC 3.2.3.

Upon closer inspection wit reshacker, I noticed that MingW includes the good icon, but it's not used.

Don't have time to test with gcc 3.3.1 for mingw32, but can you try and see if the bad icon is still used ?

My local build with gcc 3.3.1 has the new icon (the stylised F) and looks fine to me.
