If the add.Panel function doesn't wants to install a sidebar panel that loads
from a http:// URL, it simply won't do anything.
This has happened to me before when trying to add a local page (file:///), but
now happened with a chrome://... I will post it as an enhamcemnt since this
isn't implemented, I think, and it's not a BUG
