21830 - attribute/font pull-down menus messed up

using 12/15 build of mozilla 1999121508

1) launch mozilla
2) launch editor
3) enter some text
4) highlight it
5) attempt to use the two pulldown menus on the left side of the toolbar
    for attribute and font type

you can't because the sidebar is messing up these pulldown menus.
left side of the screen gets messed up and results in not being
able to use these two pull-down menus at all.

this is a blocker.

all platforms.

This problem also occurs in the HTML mail editor.  It occurs in all builds.
 Win32 commercial seamonkey build 1999-12-15-09-m12 installed on P166 Win98
 MacOS commercial seamonkey build 1999-12-15-08-m12 installed on G3/400 OS 8.6
 Linux commercial seamonkey build 1999-12-15-08-m12 installed on P200 RedHat 6.1

I guess this is some kind of z-order problem: If you make editor window
so small that only one line of text will show in edit area, pulldown menus
doesnt show on top of edit area, but they show on top of statusbar and
taskbar.

So it looks like edit area is 'too high' and pulldown menus go under it.
Statusbar and taskbar are 'lower', so pulldown menus go top of them, as they
should.

This is ugly, but I don't think it's M12 material, workaround is to use menu
items. Looks like it has been broken for a week at least. Darn sidebar :-)

Sujay, please release note this for M12.
