Steps to Reproduce:
1. input bugzilla comment
2. bugzilla show 'view-source:..' highlighted
3. click it and you can see HTML source
I tested browsing this HTML

This works on
Mozilla 1.5b
InternetExplorer 6.0 SP1
NetscapeNavigator 4.78
This don't work on
Opera 7.11
