When I go to a page with flash an accidentally move mouse cursor over flash
area, popup dialogue automatically appears that ask me to download flash plugin.
I don't want flash ever, so I want be able to switch this dialogue off.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to site
2.move cursor over flash area
3.
Actual Results:
Pop-up window appears requesting flash plugin download, either by simply
entering the site, or by moving a cursor over flash area.
Expected Results:
If I switch some option off, the window would never appear.
It's really annoying to need to close all those popups everytime I go to a site
with flash.
