I found this problem before in a mozilla build on Linux, but the latest 1.5b does it on my XP laptop. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. I open the mail client 2. I click on a new or old message in my inbox Actual Results: The horizontal bar between my inbox and my message's text jumps and shakes and causes me not to be able to read my message. Expected Results: It should have stayed still and allowed me to read my text, acting as a static seperator.
->mailnews Does the problem go away once you've dragged the splitter to move it?

No, it still jumps around. It'll sometimes jump, and sometimes it won't. I think it depends on how many messages you have. It most often occurs when scrolling from the bottom message to the top message.
