I DL Firebird for the 1st time and ran the profile manager with the  -p switch
as requested. I wanted a new profile in a custom folder. I could not get the
resulting profile name to match the respective folder name, even with a name as
simple as 'alan'. The event handling is out of synch?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Profile Manager with 'MozillaFirebird -p'
2. Click 'Create Profile' and 'Next'
3. Choose folder 'E:\Internet\FireBird\', result: 'E:\Internet\FireBird\Default
User'
4. Rename 'Default User' (in the box provided) to 'alan'
5. Result: 'E:\Internet\FireBird\ala'
6. Rename 'alan' to 'alann'
7. Result: 'E:\Internet\FireBird\alan'
8. Backspace in the name box to remove excess 'n' (to 'alan')
9. Result: 'E:\Internet\FireBird\alann'
10. Backspace to remove remaining 'n' (to 'ala')
11. Result:  'E:\Internet\FireBird\alan'
12. Click 'Finish', Profile Name is now 'ala'
13. Click 'Rename Profile', rename to 'alan'
14. Click 'Start Firebird'
15. The profile folder is now called 'E:\Internet\FireBird\ala'

Actual Results:  
I have a mismatched profile name and profile folder.

Expected Results:  
Synchronise the name and folder name correctly so that they match.
