I have been using mozilla/netscape for the last month to completely revise my
teacher website at: www.bergen.org/ACADEMY/Bio/dewittcourses.html after using
Composer from Netscape 4.8 for years.  I love everything about the new Mozilla
Composer EXCEPT when I cut and paste either a LINK or a GRAPHIC with a LINK that
is RELATIVE (eg. bugs.html) I get file:///Users/dondewitt/Desktop/BUGS/bugs.html
and then I am forced to click a box to return it back to bugs.html  When I
create a table of links (many of which are RELATIVE) to be used as a menu, I
want to be able to copy that menu to another location and then modify it.  I DO
NOT want to visit each link again and check the blasted BOX to make them
relative again.  I have wasted HOURS doing this and then wasted more HOURS
fixing the ones I missed later.  PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  make a link that is relative (eg. bugs.html)
2.  copy the LINK and paste it to another location
3.  it will not work if you upload this to your server because it now says
file:///Users/dondewitt/Desktop/BUGS/bugs.html which can not be found.
Actual Results:  
PAIN

Expected Results:  
leave a relative link as a relative link with NO CHANGES when they are copy and
pasted
