When trying to get insurance quotes for any state, insurance.com just keeps
taking me back to the same page.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit http://www.insurance.com/quotes/Home_quotes_index.asp
2. Select a state
3. Press Go

Actual Results:  
The same page is displayed again

Expected Results:  
Gone forward to the next page

This was working earlier on IE, but isn't now.  Perhaps it's just a problem with
the site.  I'll try again tomorrow...

Javascript was disabled. I went to the site, selected 'Kentucky', on the next
page I selected 'Life Insurance', on the third 'Calculator'.
Did you try with cookies enabled?
