Using a tree pulled about 10pm BST 10-Sep-03 and building on cygwin 1.5.3-1 using mingw's current gcc, mozilla builds but when you try to run you get a segmentation fault the first time you run it or an illegal instruction subsequent times. I'll a backtrace from gdb.

This is from running in cygwin bash shell gdb ./dist/bin/mozilla and then typing run and logging the backtrace
